We ship your parcel within Germany with DHL and pallets with Dachser.
We ship our parcels to countries in Regions A, B and C with UPS, and pallets with Dachser. Please see the rates below.
For countries in Region D, our delivery term (Incoterm®) is FCA Konstanz. Please provide us with the name of your freight forwarder and the account number to be used for shipping (see “Customer-specific shipping” below).

The actual shipping costs are determined after your shipment has been picked and packed and may therefore differ from the stated amounts.
For individual shipping arrangements (delivery term FCA Konstanz), no additional costs will be charged.
FCA is mandatory for all countries in Region D and can also be applied to all other countries upon request.
